You Will Need

Step 1Cream together the sugar and butter. `Beat in each egg, one at a time and then add the vanilla. Sift in the flour and mix well. Divide into two greased cake tins and bake at 180'c for 40 minutes.
Beat together the icing sugar and butter to make the icing and then add the soya milk. Spread the top of one cake with icing and place the second cake on top. Spread the top and edges of the whole cake with a thick layer of buttercream.

Step 2Roll out the blue fondant.

Step 3Lay the fondant over the cake, smoothing down at the edges and cutting excess icing from the bottom.

Step 4Sprinkle the top of the cake with star sprinkles.

Step 5Prepare the Squires Kitchen Airbrush Kit.

Step 6Starting with green food colouring, spray a line or two down the middle of your cake.

Step 7Now using red food colouring, spray some smaller lines around the cake, blending nicely into the green.

Step 8Roll out some royal icing and use a cloud cookie cutter to cut lots of little clouds.

Step 9Brush a little bit of buttercream on the back of each cloud and then position on the cake.

Step 10Dust with a few more star sprinkles and serve!
