These are easy to make.
They are full of flavour.
You can make them in advance & reheat when needed.

Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees.
Mix all meatball ingredients together.

Step 2Form into meatballs.
Place onto a tray & bake for approximately 20 mins, until cooked through.

Step 3Make the sauce...
Combine all ingredients in a pan.
Simmer until sauce has thickened a little.

Step 4Pour the meatballs into the sauce.

Step 5Serve over noodles & garnished with a little spring onion.
