Artichoke "à La Barigoule"

You Will Need (5 things)

  • 6 Artichokes hearts
  • 6 Carrot(s)
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 100 g Smoked Bacon

Steps (2 steps, 20 minutes)

    Peel the carrots. Cut them into whistles. Cook them in water. When they can be pricked easily with a knife, they are cooked. Drain them and keep the cooking water

    Slice the onions. Brown them in the pan with the oil and bacon. When they begin to lbe cooked, add the carrots and quartered artichoke hearts. Cook for 5 minutes, adding a little cooking water from the carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Serve without delay
