The fun Art Nouveau looking fabric inspired me to make this pleated t shirt. It's easy to do, just follow this tutorial. Have fun!
Start with a thrift store T shirt with lots of fabric at the neckline.
Cut the collar off.
Cut the sleeve to your desired shape.
If your shirt is too big, pin and sew the sides to fit.
Starting on each shoulder with WRONG sides together, sew across the shirt, creating quarter inch pleats. This is where the fun begins, you can create any design you like with the pleats.
