You Will Need

Step 1cut out some feather shaped pieces of foam

now make swirly things with your glue gun -
Step 4even more!

Step 5yes.. perfect
now paint that b*tch! -
Step 6yessss... more paint!

Step 7and to finnish it off, use gold paint to apply shadow
