Here's simply what you need to make your garland.
Decide what type of shape the elements of your garland should have. I opt for arrows.
Decor your elements. Mine where painted with a marker (the black ones) and with the crepe paper technique (place it where you want to paint and, using a wet brush, dampen the crepe paper. Make it dry and then remove it. ) Tie everything to a twine and your garland is ready to pop! Have fun!
