these go with my my chemical romance shirt that i turned into a dress. they remind me of something offa a Kiss concert. these super easy to make i closed mine with plastic snaps but you could do buttons and button holes or lace em up or whatever. mine do this nifty over lap thing. i would totally get a snap press if your going to sew or make a lot of cuffs the setter is pretty affordable and the snaps are really cheep. this is the one i have http://www.amazon.com/Press-Plier-Setter-Plastic-Snaps/dp/B004HR9UDA 31$ and i buy all my snaps from kamsnaps.com you can by em for like 100 for 6$ i think. plus you can get star ones and ones with images in them or whatever. these are kinda plain right now i duno i might add some kinda something to em later not sure what.

ok start out with a t-shirt sleeve mine's from a xl shirt. but you can do smaller ones if you want shorter cuffs. cut off the seam that held it to the shirt. cut off the top and bottom seams. you should have two pieces
now sew the strait inside edges together. the center ones i did a strait stitch then folded the seams down n zigzagged
then hem up all the way around the outside. you will have some weird bits at the corners they stitch out i just trimmed the off.
then i just put the snaps in. i folded it over my arm and poked the holes with it on my arm so they were tight. i have these little tails sticking out the bottom that are awesome i originally wanted to lace it up but this was just kewl. i would tighten it just a bit to much cuz it will stretch. and done! you can sew in some lace or grommet tape or whatever yeah mine are plain but in out of grommet tape /cry an i have to make or order more.
