Apricot Martini

A fruity take on the martini, combining fresh apricot slices with lemon, Beckett's gin and simple syrup.

You will need

2 oz Beckett's Gin 1 oz Simple Syrup 1 Apricot Ice

Description

A fruity take on the martini, combining fresh apricot slices with lemon, Beckett's gin and simple syrup.

Instructions

1. 

   Cut the apricot into small slices, placing one to the side for your rim and place the other slices in a cocktail shaker and muddle.

2. 

   Add ice and pour in the gin.

3. 

   Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

4. 

   Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

5. 

   Serve with a slice of apricot.
