Start by cleaning your nails, filing them and pressing down your cuticles.
Select the correct size of nail wrap for each of your fingers and trim in half.
One at a time, use a hair dryer to heat the back of each nail wrap before pressing on to your nail. Hold in place for several seconds while applying quite a bit of pressure.
Use a cuticle pusher to press the edges of the nail wrap down around the nail and heat with the hair dryer for a few more seconds, applying pressure again.
File down the nail wrap along the top edge of your nail to give a neat edge.
Continue until you're happy with your manicure!
