Create these fun summer place settings for a party or barbecue! They can be created using a sharpie and faux calligraphy or even some paint and brush calligraphy.
Get some apples! I used Braeburn apples which all have a really cool stripe down the center, but any apple should be fine. You may want to wash the apples first so they are not as waxy.
Write your names! I suggest getting a few extra apples you can practice on. You may even need to go over the names one or two times depending on your pen. NOTE: Wait until the base for the name has dried before you go back and add the faux calligraphy touch!
And now you have an awesome summer place setting!
