Apple Pecan Mug Cobbler

This is so simple and easy to make in your favorite mug! Enjoy with some vanilla ice cream!

You will need

1 Chopped Apple 2 tbsp Raw Honey divided ¼ cup Baking Mix ½ tsp Cinnamon divided ¼ cup Rolled Oats 2 tbsp Melted Butter 2 tsp Coconut Sugar 2 tbsp Milk ¼ cup chopped Pecans

This is so simple and easy to make in your favorite mug! Enjoy with some vanilla ice cream!

Instructions

1. For 2 servings, chop the apple and divide between two mugs. Add a tsp. of honey and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon over each mug and and stir.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the crust/topping ingredients together until all moist. Divide this batter between the two mugs.

3. Microwave each mug individually for 2-3 minutes, depending on your microwave. Enjoy with vanilla ice cream!
