For 2 servings, chop the apple and divide between two mugs. Add a tsp. of honey and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon over each mug and and stir.
In a separate bowl, mix the crust/topping ingredients together until all moist. Divide this batter between the two mugs.
Microwave each mug individually for 2-3 minutes, depending on your microwave. Enjoy with vanilla ice cream!
