A fresh take on two old favourites

About

I love cheese cake and I also love apple crumble so when I saw this recipe that combined both I couldn't wait to try it.

It is really easy to make. The only difficulty you will have is leaving it over night in the fridge to set up properly.

It smells and tastes great.

I lined the tin with baking paper to ensure safe removal from the tin.
