  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8 inch baking pan with baking spray.

  • Step 2

    Mix together the banana, brown sugar, applesauce, vanilla, egg and almond milk

  • Step 3

    Add the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt and stir to combine

  • Step 4

    Fold in the sliced apple

  • Step 5

    Pour the batter in to the prepared pan

  • Step 6

    Bake for 20 minutes
