I was fishing for inspiration and found a cute apple made with 4 nespresso capsules, but I didn't want to use that many capsules for just one brooch (call me thrifty), so I looked around to see what I could use and ended up making it like this.
I was fishing for inspiration and found a cute apple made with 4 nespresso capsules, but I didn't want to use that many capsules for just one brooch (call me thrifty), so I looked around to see what I could use and ended up making it like this.
Smash an empty and clean capsule and press the edges against something hard to shape it like an apple. Draw the shape in the felt adding the leaf and cut it. Stitch the leaf with the green thread and sew the faux suede cord (you can also glue it but it's more secure this way)
Glue the safety pin to the felt and then glue it all to the capsule.
