I've been trying out some delicious chutneys from Chazwinkle's and discovered that there's far more to chutney than a dollop on the side of the plate! It makes a great ingredient in a host of dishes. This twist on a traditional raita is a cooling side with any spicy dish or makes a delicious dip for poppadums or crudités

You Will Need (3 things)

  • 250 ml Greek natural Yoghurt
  • a quarter of a Cucumber
  • 2 tsp Apple and Mint Chutney

Steps (1 step, 5 minutes)

    Grate the cucumber into a small bowl and stir in the yoghurt and chutney. Mix well and serve
