You Will Need (3 things)
- 7/10 l Whisky
- 1 Apple
- 2 Cinnamon Stick
Steps (4 steps, 30 minutes)

Chop up the apple into small chunks. Add to an airtight container, along with 2-3 cinnamon sticks.

Pour the whisky over the ingredients, ensuring that they are fully covered.

Leave to infuse in a dark cupboard for at least 2 weeks, giving it an occasional shake.

Remove the apple and cinnamon, then strain the mixture through filter paper (coffee filters work well!) into a storage bottle.
