I really enjoyed making my own Appa Pillow Pet. I used an entire bag of stuffing though, and it was hardly enough. Luckily I like soft pillows. Just a warning to others, buy more stuffing if possible. Also, I used snap fasteners to make Appa stand up. This could be an alternative technique if people don't wish to use Velcro or cannot get their hands on any. Thank you for this pattern, it was perfect.
