Step 1Heat oven 160 degrees.
Combine flour, sugar, oats & coconut.

Step 2In a pan combine butter, syrup & water.
Cook until butter has melted.

Step 3Add bicarb.
Stir through.

Step 4Combine butter with flour mixture.

Step 5Press into a tin.
Bake for 10 mins.

Step 6Cut & serve.
