Another Mini Hat

Very easy to make and super cute. I love mine and I wore it for dress differently for autism day ♥.
just glue white material to the toilet paper roll (make sure you cut the roll so its a good size), glue on a little bit if black satin ribbon around the bottom of the hat and pinch tule together to glue at the front of the hat (on the ribbon.
After that glue it to a headband with a base covered in white material and so you can't see the glue or the cardboard place more material under the headband on the base of the hat.
