You Will Need

Step 1Divide your clay evenly into 8.

Step 2Break the clay into 8 balls.

Step 3Divide each ball into two lumps and find something cylindrical around the same size as your rolled up napkins. A small tub of mod podge was perfect for my ones.

Step 4Press one of the clay balls flat and place the cylinder through the middle creating a hole. Remove the cylinder and smooth the hooped clay shape with your fingers.

Step 5Divide the second lump into four smaller lumps and roll two out into long sausages and shape the other two into ears.

Step 6Place the long sausage shape around the outline of the ear.

Step 7Attach the ears to the napkin ring and smooth flat at the back.

Step 8Place some crystals in the middle of the ears at the front and smooth out the shape.

Step 9Continue making the rest of your napkin rings, alternating between your favourite animals.

Step 10Leave to dry for at least a day.

Step 11Paint the rings with silver paint, being careful not to paint the gems.

Step 12Leave them to dry and they're all ready for your next dinner party!
