Angry Birds Cake

My Brother-In-Law is an angry birds freak, so this is his cake fir his gokden birthday. I made a 13x9 inch cake and a 9' round cake. I used the wilton gel foid color and tinted frosting green for the base. I cut the circle in a paisley shape and frosted it in chocolate. I used 2-3 pks of Gum Paste and tinted it the color for each bird. I rolled out balls and shaped them into each bird shape. I kept them in a covered container so i could make them in advance. I used fudge sticks to make the platforms and then set them up to create a scene. It was a HUGE hit w him and all the kids!
