Based on Amazingly Bright Colored Lip Gloss by Agnès
I made this with a clear lipgloss then used a small wooden scoop that i had to pour the purple eyeshadow into the lipgloss i used the aplicater for the lipgloss to stir it together. It isn't mega bright but gives a nice purple glow to your lips.
