Based on Amazingly Bright Colored Lip Gloss by Agnès
I had searched for a real neon pink everywhere before I found this.

I used Wolfe Face Art FX NEON MAGENTA but it wasn't quite the color I wanted so in addition to the lip balm I mixed it with I also used some of a Maybelline white cover stick to get a hot pink instead of a hot magenta. Also, the shadow is a hydro color shadow, meaning you mix it with water to get it to work therefore it wasn't like the completely dry shadows I'm used to buying, when I ground it up in my mortar and pestle, it didn't grind to a fine powder, I still had tiny chunks, immediately after I mixed them all together I would have to rub it into my lips for a minute to dissolve the shadow. But after a day or so I think it dissolved into the other two elements on its own because it became less of a problem.
