So my baby niece has the cutest little hoodie, but the hood is a tad too big! so to stop it from sending her blind everytime she wears it, my sister-in-law asked me to fix it up. :) you could just as easily transfer this how-to to a bigger peoples hoodie :)

Start with your too big hoodie
Unpick the seam that holds the hood to the rest of the jumper and pin it where it will fit better
Now sew this :)
Trim off the excess!
Run a zig-zag stitch along where you just cut to stop it from fraying. And you're done! you can sew the tags back on if you want, I did because my Sister-in-law wanted them. :)
Put the hoodie on the cute little baby :3
