This may looks tricky, but Baby Groot is fairly simple to paint.
Apply a dark brown base color.
Use acrylic paint to paint a Baby Groot on the middle finger. Mix brown and white paint to get a light brown, and use a nail art brush to paint Groot's head and body.
Mix green and white paint to create a light green, and paint the tips of Groot's head and branches. Add a little darker green at the very top.
Use black paint to add eyes, a mouth, and the outlining of his head and body.
Add two white dots for some sparkle in his eyes.
Seal on with top coat.
