This is a super quick meal to make and it tastes so delicious. If you're a fan of spice, you might want to add a couple of chillies and feel free to add coriander if you like it too - it tastes like soap to me!

This is a super quick meal to make and it tastes so delicious. If you're a fan of spice, you might want to add a couple of chillies and feel free to add coriander if you like it too - it tastes like soap to me!

Instructions

  1. Small 103276 2f2014 07 15 001921 img 3224

Chop up the tomatoes, red onion, garlic and parsley. Mix together in a bowl and season with lemon juice, smoked paprika, chilli powder and chilli flakes until you reach a heat to your liking. I'm a wimp so I didn't go too crazy with the hot spices.

Coat the tortillas with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika before baking in a hot oven for 5 minutes until crispy. Meanwhile sear a tuna steak in a hot pan.

Chop the tuna in to cubes, mix in to the salsa. Cut the tortilla in to triangle chips and serve!
