This martini combines Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur with chocolate liqueur for a dessert cocktail which tastes just like an After Eight chocolate.

You will need

Empire Mint s Mint Imperials 1 oz Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur 2 oz Mozart chocolate Liqueur

This martini combines Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur with chocolate liqueur for a dessert cocktail which tastes just like an After Eight chocolate.

Instructions

1. 

   Before you begin, crush some mint imperials with a mortar and pestle.

2. 

   Dampen the edge of a short glass with water and dab in the crushed mints to line the rim.

3. 

   Add ice and add the Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur.

4. 

   Add the Mozart chocolate liqueur.

5. 

   Mix well and serve.
