For the bows, you can either make them or buy them. I got mine at Joann Fabric and Craft store. They we're only $2.99 each.
Then I got a bag of hair clips, also from Joann's. Again, the bag of about 20 hair clips was only $2.99.

After you gather all your materials all you need to do it put a strip of hot glue on the top of the hair clip, center your bow, and press it into place.

Let it dry and rock your new bow. :]

Well, I wasn't planning on doing a how too on this, because it's wayyy simple.
All you need to do is purchase a bow and the hair clips, put a strip of hot glue on the hair clip, and stick the bow on and hold it in place for a few seconds.
Then you have a hair bow.
