Add Polaroid/Toy Camera Effects To Photos

Something I've learned... everyone loves a Polaroid. Especially me. ;)

I have 2 Polaroid cameras, but the film is expensive and I only use them for special occasions. When I want an immediate picture with the same effects, I use these programs! They are not quite like taking a Polaroid, but in the digital age, you can't beat these two. A few people on Cut Out + Keep have asked me how I made some effects on my photos-- and I can't believe no one has made a tutorial about photo editing programs before! I have found 2 EXCELLENT, FREE programs: Toycamera Analog Color-- little application where you just drag a photo and drop and then mess around! In this program, the user has a lot more control over colors, light flares, contrast. Make your pictures look like they came from a Holga, Diana, or Polaroid camera! Poladroid-- very well known program and I love it as well. The little application is ridiculously adorable and fun-- you can even shake the Polaroid! Downside-- not as much control as Toycamera Analog Color. Here is a link to where I found out about Toycamera Analog Color: http://www.neutralday.com/pentacoms-analog-color-adds-polaroid-styling-to-your-photos/ And for the cute little Poladroid: http://www.poladroid.net/index.php?do=download
