I wanted a cheap diary, and here's what I came up with!

The last diary I bought cost me £10 from PaperChase (and, although it is lovely, I can't be spending that money on a diary every time I fill the old one!) hehe. So I bought a £1.50 notebook from Hobby Craft and decided to decorate it with my own taste... and it cost next to nothing!! Hope you enjoy the How To :D

You will need

any chosen colour Ribbon as many as you like, and whatever colour you like... Button(s) Cross Stitch Fabric Needle And Thread Double Sided Tape Bostick 1 Notebook

The last diary I bought cost me £10 from PaperChase (and, although it is lovely, I can't be spending that money on a diary every time I fill the old one!) hehe. So I bought a £1.50 notebook from Hobby Craft and decided to decorate it with my own taste... and it cost next to nothing!! Hope you enjoy the How To :D

Instructions

1. 

   I started by laying out all of my materials and placing them where I wanted them to be.

2. 

   Then, when I was happy with what it looked like, I stuck down the ribbons first...

3. 

   ...then the name tag... (I used Double Sided Sticky Tape) Oh, and I cross stitched the name tag beforehand. Patterns of letters or names can be found on Google Images.

4. 

   ...then I stuck on the buttons and hey presto!!

5. 

   You're Done!
