You Will Need

Step 1The fabrics and notions you choose should suit your purpose. The list attached to this tutorial is really your choice. Have a look at your pattern and see what you really need.

Step 2You can use mesh to construct the waistband pocket on your legging pattern. I chose the Sewaholic leggings for this tutorial. I recommend Jalie, Fehr Trade, New Look, Kwik Sew and McCalls patterns for leggings.

Step 3I've toned down the pink side panels using a layer of mesh. The pattern I've used is Sewaholic Dunbar top.

Step 4Another neat place I added mesh was on the back t-bar on the top. It's not practical but it was a neat idea.

Step 5Finally, you can add a layer of mesh on the shoulders for a subtle change. I've used New Look 6160.
