Break the breadsticks into thirds and put a large white marshmallow on the end of each. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove the bowl from the heat and dip the marshmallows into the chocolate to cover. Use a small paintbrush to paint the chocolate down the breadsticks. Let set on wax paper.
