I used Chinese egg noodles for this recipe. I couldn't find the flat noodles
Cook the noodles as per the instructions on the packet.
Let the water drain. Set it aside while you chop the vegetables.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables on high flame for 2 minutes. Add the Chinese/ sea salt.
Add the sauce and mix well. Sauté on high flame for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles
Mix it. Adjust salt and serve
