SO i've made this a few times to say the least! haha!
I LOVE it. Even my Mum who is a REALLY good baker was impressed and it got my little Brother to eat all of hi dinner!
It is a little dry, but so is any cake you make before you add icing etc..
i would recommend it with vanilla ice cream! mmm...!
(the picture of the one that looks glazed on top was because i forgot the vanilla essence so i threw it in on top before putting it in the microwave and didn't stir it, it turned out grand though!)
