5 Ingredient Green Bean Salad

A light and fresh green bean salad that comes together with only a few minutes and minimal ingredients

You Will Need (5 things)

  • 1 cup Green Beans (fresh or frozen ones that have been cooked)
  • A large Tomato , chopped
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped Onion
  • Fresh herbs (basil, dill, rosemary, and Thyme are some of my faves)
  • Dressing: 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar , 1 tsp. sugar whisked together Salt & pepper to taste

Steps (3 steps, 5 minutes)

    In a serving bowl, toss together the beans, tomatoes, and onion.

    Sprinkle on the herbs, salt and pepper, and then drizzle with the dressing.

    The salad can be served immediately, however, it tastes better after marinating in the fridge for at least 2 hours up to overnight.
