A quick & easy summer snack
I haven't posted a recipe in a while so I decided to share one. For all of you moms out there, I'm sure the kiddies will love to help make this just as much as they'll enjoy eating them.

This recipe makes 12 peanut butter balls. But, it's really easy to change the quantities of the ingredients to make more or less, it's all up to you.

Feel free to customize this any way you'd like. You could add chocolate chips... granola would probably be good too. (^_^)

If the dough is too dry, hit it with a splash of milk to loosen it up a bit.

The dough should resemble cookie dough.

You can enjoy these right away or place in the fridge to chill out for at least an hour.

I think they're better after they've hung out in the fridge because they firm up a bit.

Ooh, those look good. Peanut butter is one of my favorite flavors. I might have to try these sometime.
