    Cut out your elephant outline.

    Using your gold glitter scrapbook piece, place it glitter side down on a flat surface. Depending on if you want your elephant to face the left or right on your canvas, place the elephant cutout on the gold paper accordingly. Using a pencil, trace the elephant on the back of the paper.

    Cut out your soon to be gold elephant.

    Take your hold punch and punch out circles from all four shades of blue paper you decided on. I cut two rows of circles and had plenty to use on the canvas!

    Flip your gold elephant over and apply the mounting tape. Cut small squares to apply to the back of the elephant.

    Peel off the backing of the mounting tape. This will give your elephant a 3D look on the canvas!

    Press your elephant onto your canvas carefully! Depending on which way you want your water effect to go, place your elephant accordingly.

    Time to start creating your water using the circles! Place a very small dot of glue (starting at the elephant's trunk).

    To add glitter to a few circles, place a dot of glue on top of the darkest blue circles.

    Cover the dot of glue with fine blue glitter. Shake the excess glitter onto a piece of paper once you are done.
