This is my 1st project added to this site!! Whoo-Hoo :)
This is a 2 Pc. Skirt & Tube Top with Scarf belt.
It can be worn together or as seperate pcs.
The scarf around the skirt can be removed, to add a belt, another scarf, or wear it plain.
I can't wait to post my other projects...soon!! :)
