A brooch made in a moment of exteme patriosm during the world cup :)
I made this brooch during the FIFA 2010 world cup. Because I live in South Africa, it was, of course, a very big deal to all of us and we were all very excited about it :D I based him on the official mascot of the tournament, Zakumi, but I changed him a little bit to make him more original. He is made from felt and painted with acrylic paint, and has a pin sewn onto the back to make him a brooch.

He's so cute! He reminds me of Leo the Lion ~ the mascot for my sister's college! Very nice, hats off to you!
