    To begin, rip a page out of your book. Add three small pieces of double-sided tape, as per the photo.

    Place your pen at the bottom edge of the paper.

    Slowly roll the paper up around the marker. Once you reach the double-sided tape at the top, remove the backing paper from the tape. Roll the paper over the tape. Press lightly to stick the paper roll to the double-sided tape.

    Loop a piece of jute twine around the paper roll, tying it off with a standard knot.

    Repeat steps 1 - 4 until you have enough paper rolls to fill your jar.

    Once your paper rolls are complete, pop them in your jar and put the lid on. Wrap lace and jute twine around the top of the jar.

    And with that, your jar is finished.
