I just love these "silk scarf" halter/tube tops because the are sooo easy to make and turn out just gorgeous!! They only take mins. to make. As for the skirt, I took an old skirt of mine and traced it onto "Freezer Paper" to make a pattern, then use it to make a new skirt...I shortened this one by a few inches and added a lining, side button and zipper. I was very surprised how this outfit turned out. I apologize for the pic.s...PLEASE check the download links to see the skirt & top pic. Thanks for looking :)
