Actually my Mom made this but I help her whenever she makes it because it is so easy and it is the best dessert ever!! And it is super easy to make, I had this for my confirmation too (that is 3 years ago now xP). It does not have to be decorated the way we did it here, we have made many other versions too, but since 17.May is Norways national day, we decided to make it Norway themed this year :D

Have all the cookies in a plastic bag and use something to crush them with. You can use a rolling pin or whatever you find. When they are your desired size, put them out evenly in your roasting pan. NOTE: the roasting pan is kind of big so you might want to make this X 3 if you are having guests ^^ if not, just make your dessert in a little bowl or somethin.
Now make the cream. You blend the cream, powedered sugar and philadelphia cream cheese in one and just wisp them together until it gets wrinkly as you are familiar with normal cream when it is done :)
You just put the creme over the crushed cookies and decorate with berries as you like and then it is ready to eat! (you can use frozen berries or fresh ones.) Picture: Before it is done it looks like a cross or like Finland hahha :D You can make any pattern you wish.
