You Will Need

Step 1Get a pillowcase and rip the seams

Step 2Now you have nice ad long rectangle of fabric

Step 3Pin a ribbon along one of the longer sides of the rectangle

Step 4Sew the ribbon on

Step 5Pin two shorter sides and sew them together

Step 6Topstitch ;)

Step 7Hem the upper part of the skirt

Step 8Sew elastic on

Step 9Et voila :)
