Super fast to make.

You can add more or less nutmeg to taste.

It tastes better if you can leave it over night in the fridge.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Steps (5 steps, 10 minutes)

    Whisk the eggs in pale & frothy.

    Add sugar, lemon juice, nutmeg & salt.

    Whisk in.

    Slowly whisk in the cream.

  4. 4

    Whisk in the milk.

  5. 5

    Pour into a cup & top with cream & nutmeg.
