You can add more or less nutmeg to taste.
It tastes better if you can leave it over night in the fridge.

Step 1Whisk the eggs in pale & frothy.

Step 2Add sugar, lemon juice, nutmeg & salt.
Whisk in.

Step 3Slowly whisk in the cream.
