SUGGESTION. More Basic Cristmas Swap??

Reading the swap for cristmas im thinking something easier to accomplish is needed. Im kinda hoping someone could take over this idea for a swap. I would love to help in any way I can.

So the requirements would be;
Swap atleast 5 items.
*Christmas card ( preferably hand made)
* Ornamet of sorts
*Prex for Xmas day ((Required))
* Something personalized for Xmas day
*Piece of Jewelry
*Stash
*Candy
*stationary set....
*Anything else specific to where you live. Postcard, candy, ect.

It'll be a swap in which person A sends to person B and person B sends to person A.
No confusion that way.
oh, and im not trying to be insulting to the current swap for christmas, im thinking something different for people like me who couldnt make all the required things.

Send out date would be November; 19-20 to give people a weekend to send to. if not sent out by end of november, you'll be considered a flaker.

So what do you think?????????

I'm hosting a secret santa christmas card-swap.
I collect the adresses and give everyone 2 adresses to send a card and little christmas craft to. So it will be a secret from who you will recieve a card. It's easy.
It's on this board.

I think Nikki's Christmas swap is pretty much as you described, Cuppycake. It's true she made a list of required items, but you can always discuss the list with your partner and decide to make something that is not on the list or change it as you see fit.

I, for example, can't make dottee dolls and plushies, so I asked to be paired up with someone who doesn't mind sending something else. If you want you can sign up for the current Xmas swap, we could ask Nikki for the two of us to be paired up, so we can decide ourselves what to make, maybe following your list instead of Nikki's. I'm open to all possibilities.
