Pattern Swap

So, I just got a box of old patterns and was wondering if anyone would like to start a pattern swap.

Rules can be as such:

Swap the pattern and return it when you're done. Or, swap a pattern for a pattern and keep it.

I'm a little covetous with my patterns, but I'd love to get a pattern from someone across the country...or the world!

Would anyone be interested in something like this? If so, post the following:

CO+K Name:
Country:
Preference of swap: (swap and keep) or (swap and return)

I'm thinking it can be random patterns, or you could consult with your partner and decide on your own what to send to each other. Like, don't send a frilly dress pattern to someone who doesn't wear them. ;)

What do ya'll think?

CO+K Name: Angel Eve
Country: Canada
Preference of swap: I could do i swap and keep or a swap and return ( If its a swap and keep we could always just swap copies , so we can keep the original also)

I also have some home made plush patterns if people want to swap items we've thought up Happy

Thanks Angel Eve! If no one else replies, I'll definitely swap with you. I have a couple of 80's patterns and a few dress patterns I'll probably never use. What kind of stuff do you have?

Do you want me to upload a pic of it so you can see what kinda dragons it is? Also, because ive yet to make one yet, would you like to do a swap and return? Or mail out a replica of the pattern? Cause that one i would like to still try to make.

If it's okay with you could we replicate and send?

Hey girls...you've given me a better idea for this swap. Do you want to just use this topic as a place to post a pic of your pattern and just swap with each other, rather than being paired up?

I just want everyone to have fun and not get something they're unhappy with.

Sure that would probably go better, so then people only get a pattern that they want. And Bryony i'll be posting a pic of the pattern later tonight( need to find it first), and if you still ok it, i'll get right on replicating it. Will just need to think of how first :p

Great idea Dessa. Angel mine's a work on progress, do you want a pic of the basic and then I can send you the extras if you want them?

Ok, and with the dragon pattern it makes three sizes:Small 11" (28CM); Medium 15" (38CM); Large 18" (45.5CM). Do you want all three sizes, or only one of them?

Heres the pic of what the finished product looks like on the patterns bag:

Awww I love them! Whatever is easiest for you petal, I don't mind. I'll post up pictures when the pattern is ready (next day or so) and when I've worked out how... x

Oh riley, thats an adorable bear. I would love to , could i send you a replica of the pattern? ( if so what size?) Or do you want the orignal?

And Bryony, ive been told that for the dragon pattern the mediums/large size's are the easyest to sew. And i think i figured out how im going to replicate it. I have big glass patio doors, so im going to tap the oringal to the door, and trace everything out on this huge roll of white paper i got from my moms work. Would white paper be ok, or should i use actuall pattern paper for you?
