Page Swap...Closed!

Hey guys, this is a swap that was originally started by Mama Zoe, but she MIA at the moment, but I hope she is ok.
Anyway, some of us are wanting to keep it going, so with some suggestions from others, I decided to start a new board for this swap for those who are interested.

As originally thought out by Zoe, this will be an ongoing swap so that you will gain a lot of pages to be put into a book or journal. So you can drop out and come back or join whenever you like. There will be one swap a month, but I'm thinking I might change it to two in the future, so that we may get more pages faster, or either up the page count.

GUIDELINES:
The size of the pages are 4.25" X 5.5", which is an 8 X 11.5 piece of paper cut in half. You can decorate them with any medium or embellishments, making sure to leave a space for journaling.

HOW IT WORKS?:
FOR FIRST TIMERS ONLY: YOU ARE MAKING 6 PAGES TO MAIL TO YOUR FIRST PARTNER!
After the first swap, you will make only 4 and this is where the people that participated in the first swap pick up at. You'll receive 6 pages in the mail, choose 4 to keep, and 2 to send on to your next partner. You'll then make 4 new ones, and mail those 4 sheets ALONG WITH the remaining 2 pages that were sent to you originally.

Example:
Mary receives 6 pages from Jane. abcdef
Mary keeps 4 of those, and makes 4 new ones. (abcd) ef [ghij]
Mary mails the 4 new ones AND the leftover 2 old ones to Tina. ef+ghij
Tina receives 6 pages from Mary. efghij
Tina keeps ANY 4, and makes 4 new. (fgij) eh
Tina mails 4 new ones with 2 old ones, to Paula. eh+klmn

JOINING, DROPPING OUT AND POSTING PARTNERS:
Of course no one is obligated to STAY in this swap and anyone can join at the end of the month after the previous swap.
Now so that this runs smoothly and there are no surprises or conflicts with other swaps that you are in, I will be posting partners a week (the 22nd) before the send out date so that you know when you can join for the next swap, which is anytime after that. You have to notify me before the posting date if you will be dropping out. It just wont be fair to your recipient if you drop out after the list has been posted because the list can't be revised in a short amount of time due to the fact that some of us like to send out before the actually "send out" date. That's why dates are specific so you know when you can drop out and join, and I think it's appropriate for an ongoing swap like this.
If anyone has any ideas on this, please let me know.

SEND OUT:
Because we hope to keep this an ongoing swap, the send out date will be the 29th of each month, so hopefully everyone is ok with that. If you will be late on sending yours out, just let your swap recipient know.

just remember creative that if (for any reason ) one month you cant organise one let one of the others know so we can keep it going again.

Hey guys I am going to have to pull out of this swap now. Things are piling up stress wise and I ain't going to have time to work on these now. Maybe next month, hopefully I got in before partners were done...
