I'm going insane trying to figure out how to make this!!!

Ok, so I've seen a ton of tutorials on how to make sling bags but they are all square shaped or have bottoms. I would love to make a bag in this exact shape:

Does anyone know where I could get very detailed instructions on how to do it? I'm new to this so instructions plus pictures would be wonderful! Thank you so much for your help!

Try this link but instead of making the bottom into a square shape just make it the way you want. It shouldnt be much different. Also make the sling part longer.
As for the tie-dying I would suggest dying the fabric before you cut it.

im not sure how to make it but if you have a scarf that looks like that you can make it into one. Its in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sty2P_m6CdA, skip to 3:15.. you could tie-dye a white scarf and sew on a button and a strap so it could shut properly and look more like that bag.
